VOLATILE GAS

14.06.020 Penalty.  14.06.010 Restriction on the Location of Filling Tanks, Cylinders or Drums, Which are to be relocated, with volatile gas under pressure.
No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of filling tanks, cylinders or shall engage in the business of filling tanks, cylinders or drums with volatile gas under pressure, when said tanks, cylinders or drums are to be moved to other locations, unless all operations for filling said tanks, cylinders or drums are at least 100 feet from each boundary line of the premises used fro said operations. 14.06.020 Penalty.
Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating Section 14.06.010 of this Chapter shall be fined not less than $5.00 and not more than $50.00 and the filling of each tank, cylinder, or drum shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 638 Sec. 2 1-2-51)
