14.02.010 Operating aircraft over city height above ground level.
 
No person shall operate any aircraft over any part of the city of Fairfield at a height of less than 1000 feet above ground level of the city of Fairfield, except while landing said aircraft or taking off from an airfield, when in said landing and taking off it is necessary for said aircraft to pass over the city of Fairfield. (Ord. 592 Sec. 1 11-19-46)

14.02.015 Operating emergency helicopter service.
 
Notwithstanding anything in this chapter to the contrary, this chapter shall not prohibit any helicopter from landing or taking off from the heliport at the Fairfield Memorial Hospital, nor any helicopter from landing or taking off at any other location within the city limits of the city of Fairfield when necessary for emergency purposes. 14.02.020 Acrobatics.
 
 No person operating an aircraft over the City of Fairfield shall perform any acrobatics over any part of the City of Fairfield. (Ord. 592 Sec. 2 11-19-46)

14.02.030 Noise.
 
No person operating any aircraft over the City of Fairfield shall make any unnecessary noise. (Ord. 592 Sec. 3 11-19-46)

14.02.040 Penalty.
 
Any person violating Section 14.02.010, Section 14.02.020, or Section 14.02.030 of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Twenty-five dollars, nor more than One Hundred Dollars (Ord. 592 Sec. 4 11-19-46)
