14.08.010 Air-Tight Door or Lock which cannot be released from inside unlawful.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any abandoned, unattended or discarded ice box, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an air tight door or lock which may not be released for opening from the inside of said ice box, refrigerator or container. 14.08.020 Air-Tight snap lock Unlawful.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm corporation to leave outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any abandoned, unattended or discarded ice box, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an air tight snap lock or doors from said ice box, refrigerator or container. 14.08.030 Penalty.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not less than $10.00 or more than $50.00.
Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 683 Sec. 3 2-16-54)
