5.12.010 Weapons.
It shall be unlawful to carry any concealed weapons in the City. Any person violating any provision of this Section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $250.00.
5.12.020 Discharge of Weapons.
It shall be unlawful to discharge any firearm or airgun, beebee gun, or any toy gun, projecting lead or any missiles excepting in a regularly established shooting gallery. Any person violating any provision of the Section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $250.00.
5.12.030 Hunting, Shooting or Killing Game in City Parks.
It shall be unlawful to hunt, shoot or kill any game in the City Parks of the City with any weapon. Any person violating any provision of this Section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $100.00.
