18.23.010 Restricted Truck Tractor and Semitrailer Traffic.
 
It shall be unlawful for a person to drive a truck trailer and semitrailer on any city street or alley at the following locations in the City of Fairfield, Illinois, designated No Truck Tractor and Semitrailer Traffic Roads:

West Water Street between Northwest Ninth Street and the northerly extension of the west line of the Martin and Bailey Big Johns Grocery Store tract, formerly the right-of-way of the Prairie Trunk Railroad. (Ord. 1386 1(part), 1992)

18.23.020 Posting Signs.
 
The police department of the City of Fairfield shall post or cause to be posted suitable No Truck Tractor and Semitrailer Traffic signs at said locations facing the traffic approaching said locations in the direction of travel on said roadways. (Ord. 1386 1 (part), 1992)

18.23.030 Violation Penalty.
 
Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. (Ord. 1386 1 (part), 1992)
